Victorian Mini Club

The Victorian Mini Club can be traced back to the formation of the Morris 850 Club. Officially formed in 1983 by the amalgamation of the Morris 850 Club (founded in 1962) and the Mini Car Club of Victoria (founded in 1977), the club has a rich history of all things Mini, from the original Morris 850 through to the New Mini as produced by BMW.

The club is involved in most forms of motorsport. The club runs its own championship which encompasses 5 rounds of each of motorkhana, autocross/khanacross, bitumen sprint and hillclimb. It also organises one round of the Victoria State Circuit Race Championship (now known as Trophy Tour Victoria), Come ‘n’ Try days, sprints, hillclimbs, motorkhana and khanacross events.

Socially, the Victorian Mini Club has regular events throughout the year, from social dinners to navigational tours and even a restoration garage, there’s always something happening.
