Having enjoyed his first trackside experience Michael joined the Victorian Flagmarshalling Team helping to marshal at the BMW Driver’s Club Melbourne Come ‘n’ Try day.
As a Come ‘n’ Try day it was significantly different to Michael’s first day trackside with significantly more blue flags and less racing. The day was spent at Flag Point 4, the slowest corner on the track and a great place for Michael to get some experience flagging.
